How do I set up a professional account?

Visit www.sandhi-store.com and click onto "Professional" in the header to sign up.  You can also go directly to this link https://pro.sandhi-store.com/pages/join-us to fill the form. If you have any questions, please contact us.

How long does it take for my account to be operational?

If all information is submitted right away, your account could be set up within 48 hours. 

What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and bank transfers.

Can I update the shipping/billing address on my account?

Of course! Click on "My Account" at the top right of any page. Then click on the "Billing or Shipping" link to update the appropriate information.  If you need further assistance, our customer service team is happy to assist, you may contact us or email us at contact@sandhi-store.com

Is the information provided by us secure?

To help make your shopping experience more safe, simple, and secure, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts the data you send over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to get information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You'll also notice that the location (URL) field at the top of the browser will begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'.

All transaction data is encrypted during transmission and there is no credit card information available on the site itself. Because we value the security of our customers, we never share the email or postal addresses of our customers with outside parties.

I have forgotten my username or password, what should I do?

Click on "My Account" at the top right of any page. Then click on "Forgot Password." We will email your password immediately for quick and easy access.  If you need additional assistance, you may also contact us.

To order, does my browser need to be set to accept “cookies”?

Yes. In order to better serve our customers, we sometimes need to remember or track certain information that pertains to them. Enabling cookies allows us to access this necessary information. Cookies (small data files on the user’s hard drive) are used throughout the site to track where a user is and whether the user is looking at a page or browsing for a particular product. The only information stored in the cookie is a unique identification number that identifies the user to the Web server. It does not contain any sensitive personal information.

I would like to see a listing of all my previous purchases. Is that possible?

Do prices on the Sandhi Retailer webshop include VAT

No, all prices are without VAT.

Can prices change?

- The prices in the webshop are the actual prices for the goods. At times, we may reduce certain prices as a part of a special campaign. Once you have ordered a product, we are unable to change prices. Also, we reserve the right to adjust prices.
